This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
The main objectives is to connect with me! Make sure the house is camera-ready! I have a specific hand out to help you navigate those steps!
What should my client's know?
Lights and ceiling fans off, pets put away, cars out of driveway, house clean/decluttered!
How many pictures will I receive?
Depending on the square footage, a standard listing is 25-35 edited photos.
Do you charge mileage?
Yes, if the listing is located more than 25 miles outside of the F-M area I do charge mileage.
Do you do other types of photography?
I can offer head shots or branding photography on a case-by-case basis, however Real Estate Photography is my main area of work.
Who do you work with?
Any real estate agent, for sale by owners, Air B&B/VRBO Hosts, etc!
